I professionally transitioned from central government strategy work to higher education lecturing and then to corporate consultancy in the City of London, before completing my counselling training at the Minster Centre in London.
In addition to my counselling work, I currently facilitate race awareness workshops and therapy support groups for people who are neurodivergent.
My current research interests include social responsibility, racial identity and neurodiversity.
If you’re reading this, you may be considering therapy, or you might be looking for a supportive space to help navigate life’s challenges. Taking this first step is a courageous choice, and I want to share that therapy can bring meaningful change and lasting relief.
One of the most transformative aspects of therapy is self-awareness. Often, we don’t realise how our past experiences, emotions, and behaviours are all interconnected. In our work together, we’ll examine the patterns that influence your life—both the helpful ones and the ones that may be holding you back.
Through this process, you can start making more intentional choices.
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with unique challenges, including those related to navigating anxiety, neurodiversity or relationship dynamics; or healing from trauma or rebuilding your self-confidence. We will work toward practical strategies and meaningful empowered growth.
So, whether you’re here because you want to better manage specific behavioural symptoms or to gain a clearer understanding of yourself, therapy offers a journey toward healing and growth. My role is to support you as you uncover insights, develop new skills, and work toward a life that feels authentic and balanced.
