Integrative Counsellor

People often come to therapy when something shifts and no longer feels possible to ignore, even if it is not always easy to name what that is. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply aware that something needs attention.

I came into psychotherapy following a professional path that moved through central government strategy, higher education lecturing, and corporate consultancy in the City of London. Alongside this work, I became increasingly interested in how people make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the environments they are asked to live and work within. This led me to train as a psychotherapist at the Minster Centre in London.

My practice is rooted in relational and body psychotherapy. I pay attention not only to what is said, but to how experiences are held in the body, how patterns take shape in relationships, and how meaning is made over time. I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and attentive, where you can explore your internal world at a pace that feels manageable, while also being gently supported to notice what may be difficult to face alone.

I have a particular interest in how identity, including race and neurodivergence, shapes emotional life and relational experience. I facilitate race awareness workshops and run therapy support groups for neurodivergent clients, and I bring this wider lens into my one to one work where it is relevant.

My work is not about fixing or pushing for quick change. It is about creating the conditions for greater awareness, steadiness, and choice, so that new ways of relating to yourself and others can begin to emerge.
